QuotaCrash

Description of problem:
After adding quotas to the tested project, the Dashboard crashes

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to the testedContainers Provider 
2. Add a quota to a project using oc create -f add_quota.yml file attached
3. In CFME go to Compute --> Containers --> Project
4. Selected the tested project
5. Open the Dashboard view

Actual results:
The menu crashes with an error message

Expected results:
The menu should display well
