Hi,
the 4.0.0 introduce a major change of soname version in qrencode library. To do not break API compatibility in current releases of Fedora (26-27), it won't be possible to update library in the specified versions. However, library has been upgraded in Rawhide (future f28).

Reassigning Version: Rawhide

Major change:
from: libqrencode.so.3.4.4
to: libqrencode.so.4.0.0

Update will be available in rawhide repository in few hours.

buildroot in rawhide in koji seems broken, making it impossible to build
any package for rawhide, please revert this change.
