CFME Version 5.9.0.7.20171107212356_ed87902 How reproducible: always. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Navigate to Control >> Explorer >> Policies >> All Policies >> Control Policies >> Middleware Server Control Policies >> Adding a new Middleware Server Control Policy. Actual results: There is no "Save", "Cancel" button. Expected results: "Save" and cancel button should be available. Additional info: Screenshot is attached. This issue filed on upstream: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-classic/issues/2686 Workaround: Navigate to Control >> Explorer >> Alerts and come back to policies tab. It is showing Save option.
