Description of problem:
 In the new 4.2 webadmin portal, the template edit button is not shown when opening a specific template details page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 ovirt-engine-4.2.0-0.0.master.20171112130303.git8bc889c.el7.centos

How reproducible:
 Always

Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Go to templates page https://ENGINE_FQDN/ovirt-engine/webadmin/#templates
 2. note there is an "Edit" button
 3. click on the "Blank" template to go to the relevant details page

Actual results:
 "Edit" button disappears

Expected results:
 The "Edit" button is present on template details page.

Additional info:
 Behavior should be consistent with "VM" properties page that retains the "Edit" button:
  https://ENGINE_FQDN/ovirt-engine/webadmin/#vms

It seems as a leftover from the redesign.

Edit button is visible and works in Template detail

verified in ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.2.2.1-0.1.el7.noarch

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.2 release, published on March 28th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
