chargeback report shown when task exists

Description of problem:
Chargeback report is not available from Cloud Intel => Charge Back menu after deleting liked task


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate chargeback report
2. Got to EVM (top right corner) => Task => All Tasks.
3. Delete task which were linked to Chargeback
4. Go to Cloud Intel => Chargeback -> Select generated report from tree  

Actual results: No Report Available
