Description of problem:
Standard output for Ansible Job Template launched from Ansible Tower are not visible in CloudForms. They are however displayed for Embedded Ansible. This should be consistent

1. Launch a Job Template from CloudForms
2. Try to find the output

Actual results:
Standard output is not displayed in CloudForms for Job Templates.

Standard output should be displayed in CloudForms for Job Templates.

Passing to Brad for feedback on this feature request:

From the backend the service class exposes a job method and that job has an accessor to the Tower stdout.  Note: Since we do not control the Tower instance we cannot guarantee that the job or job output will always be available.

Then show when there is data is available and show data is not/is no longer available in the external Tower instance.
