I cannot remove VMware provider due to following Error: "Infrastructure Provider no longer exists"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add VMware Provider
2.Remove VMware Provider

Actual results:
Cannot Remove, see screenshot

Expected results:
Can Remove provider
