Processing AsciiDoc effectively pretty much requires the Unicode::GCString module.  I believe we should make this an rpm dependency.

From the README:

  Unicode::GCString:
    This module is used to compute text width; it is needed by AsciiDoc to
    determine two line titles in encodings different from ASCII.

Installation requirement.  It is already a build requirement, aiui.
