Description of problem: It is impossible to order a service item with an associated Service Dialog. The button to cancel or submit the order are missing Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.9.0.9.20171115202245_7429f75 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a Service Item with a Service Dialog 2. Try to order it from the Ops UI Actual results: The service item cannot be ordered as the submit/order button is missing Expected results: There should be cancel / submit button on the Service Dialog screen.
