Description of problem: There is an explicit conflict with docker-rhsubscription <= 2:1.13.1-31 but the docker package has dropped docker-rhsubscription so there isn't a newer one to upgrade to. Reading the git changelogs it looks like the functionality of docker-rhsubscription has moved to skopeo-containers? Right now there's not a clean upgrade with dnf update since the conflicts prevent an upgrade. If the functionality has been moved over then skopeo-containers needs an obsoletes docker-rhsubscription of that version, not just a conflicts, so that it cleanly replaces it on upgrade.
