Description of problem:

Current version doesnt support postgres 10

Newest releases v0.9.1-alpha have fixed this problem. Lets update to latest version.

How reproducible:

Install pkg and try to connect to a postgres 10 DB

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf install pgmodeler
2. start application
3. try to connect to a v10 postgres install

Actual results:

Current version will fail to connect as it fails the version check

Expected results:

Should connect to the DB. Latest releases have fixed this issue

[Change] pgModeler will now accept (connect) to a PostgreSQL server even if the version of the server is not supported falling back to the most recent supported.


Additional info:

We should update the pkg to the latest version v0.9.1-alpha
