Description of problem:
"Cloud Provider no longer exists" and "No items were selected for Refresh Provider" errors shows up when refreshing relationships from Compute > Clouds > Providers or Compute > Clouds > Instances or performing action on VMs/Instances/Cloud Providers/Infra Provider when one or more selected.

1.Compute > Clouds > Providers
2.Select one or more providers
3.Configuration > refreshing relationships

Actual results:
"Cloud Provider no longer exists" and "No items were selected for Refresh Provider" Errors
