Description of problem: OSP11 -> OSP12 upgrade: upgrade-non-controller.sh script fails while running the upgrade os-net-config tasks upgrade-non-controller.sh --upgrade compute-0 fails with: TASK [Upgrade os-net-config] ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** fatal: [192.168.24.24]: FAILED! => {"failed": true, "msg": "The conditional check 'not os_net_config_need_upgrade.stdout and os_net_config_has_config.rc == 0' failed.
