Description of problem:
Include wrong ovirt-hosted-engine-ha in redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20171123.0.
# rpm -qa| grep ovirt-hosted-engine-ha
ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-2.1.7-1.el7ev.noarch (This is for 4.1.7 but not for 4.1.8)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHVH 4.1.8 - redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20171123.0 via ISO.
2. Login RHVH and check ovirt-hosted-engine-ha version info.
# rpm -qa| grep ovirt-hosted-engine-ha
ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-2.1.7-1.el7ev.noarch
Actual results:
Include wrong ovirt-hosted-engine-ha in redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20171123.0.
Expected results:
ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-2.1.8-1.el7ev is for 4.1.8.

Test result:
RHVH include correct ovirt-hosted-engine-ha version, so the bug is fixed, I will verify it once the bug change to ON_QA status.
