Description of problem:

Tag a VMWare vm with tag category of "Migration Factory" and a tag of "Group 1" 

Select the RHV Provider, Cluster and valid storage  not iso or export. 

The following error is raised in the ui "Error during 'Provisioning': undefined method `id' for nil:NilClass"
