Description of problem:
When you try to change the width of a column, the column right edge jumps to the right side, instead of staying aligned with the mouse pointer.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-4.1.8.1-0.1.el7.noarch
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.1.8.1-0.1.el7.noarch
(Ignore the version in the Version field, the 4.1.8 value has been missing there).

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Virtual Machines tab (or any other tab/sub-tab with data table).
2. Try to change the width of some column.
3.

Actual results:
The column right edge jumps to the right when starting the drag action.
See the attached screencast.

Expected results:
The column right edge is aligned with the mouse pointer when doing drag&drop.

Additional info:

Regression to ovirt-engine-4.1.7.6-0.1.el7.

Reproduced with Firefox 52 ESR & 57, Chromium 62.

Did not reproduce in ovirt-engine-4.2 with the reworked UI.

resizing of columns works as expected

verified in ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.1.8.2-0.1.el7.noarch
