Description of problem:
When a VM is retiring or retired, the Retirement State field displays as 'Retirement state'. All other fields have all words capitalized, e.g., 'Retirement Date':

Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Retire a VM.
2.) Refresh the VM summary page and look for the Retirement State field.
Field name is 'Retirement state'.
