It would great to package elixir's documentation ! We have to generate the HTML files from elixir's sources with ExDoc, which is an elixir application itself. Hence the first step is to package ExDoc... but as far as I know there's no guideline about packaging elixir application in Fedora. What do you think ?
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle. Changing version to '28'.
