As you know, DNF just use cURL as a download method. My request is to add availability to support many methods like axel,aria2c...etc Because cURL doesn't have multi-connections feature.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 30 development cycle. Changing version to '30.
I am sorry but the rfe is too difficult with limited amount of benefits. Also after implementation it will require more resources.
