Description of problem:
Sometimes heketi leaves some orphan entries in database if an error with external environment(gluster or kubernetes) is encountered. It is possible to cleanup the artifacts in gluster or storage manually but there is no mechanism to clean up such entries from heketi database.

We need to provide a mechanism to update such entries manually.
