Description of problem:
In discussion with jfearns and mtyson we discussed to use JWT auth for Bugzilla -> CEE SFDC integration.  This bugzilla is to track this feature. Below is a blog post of a proposed flow for JWT.

This bug has been resolved in Red Hat Bugzilla 5 and can be tested on https://beta-bugzilla.redhat.com
