$ sudo dnf install firmware-addon-dell
Error:
 Problem: package firmware-addon-dell-2.2.9-12.fc25.x86_64 requires python-smbios, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python-ctypes needed by python-smbios-2.3.3-1.fc27.x86_64
  - nothing provides python-ctypes needed by python-smbios-2.3.0-6.fc27.x86_64

Same problem here, trying to upgrade from Fedora 26 to 27 using dnf system-upgrade on a Dell Inspiron 15. Any hints?
