Description of problem:

When MegaRAID is configured as cached I/O, the write cache type should be
always write back regardless the write cache setting, while libstoragemgmt
still check write cache settings.

Upstream fix is: https://github.com/libstorage/libstoragemgmt/pull/322

Actual results:
The write cache policy is "auto"

Expected results:
The write cache policy is "write back"
