Description of problem:
OVN provider that is registered on CFME is not syncing network objects from RHV back to CFME.

How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create few OVN network and subnets on RHV engine (that is synced using ovirt-provider-ovn on CFME).
2. Try to refresh the network provider on CFME (Network-->Providers-->Select the network provider and click Refresh relationships...
3. Wait for the objects to appear under the provider.
Actual results:
No objects on CFME.
Expected results:
Objects should appear on CFME.
