Please update the Fedora package to pdrw 0.4 (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pdfrw/0.4) - this is required to update weasyprint to the latest version (bug 1475749)

fwiw: The update seems to be very simple to do, I created a pull request: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pdfrw/pull-request/1

Please let me know if I should apply as co-maintainer directly. I don't have much time but I hope an additional packager might help updating the packager more quickly.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
