Description of problem: in 4.6, we introduced a new option in Alerts Definition called "Severity", goal was to show Any Alerts in Monitoring UI.

This is not sufficient to cover all requirements around monitor UI that was designed for OpenShift. 
Also, Prometheus Alerts from OpenShift already include Severity which is confusing in CloudForms UI as we offer to override  

We must hide it until we complete the other RFEs and fix the Prometheus side.
It will requires to test all type of Alerts to make sure Monitor UI will see it properly.
