perl-RPM2-0.66-9 should also claim ownership on: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/RPM2 and should drop: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/RPM2/RPM2.bs
This problem is fixed in http://wraptastic.org/pub/rpm-devel/rpm-perl-4.4.3-0.37 and later.
Now fixed with perl-RPM2-0.66-12 .
This package is no longer shipped in any maintained release of Fedora. Closing.
