Hello,

this software supports Python 3 [https://github.com/willthames/ansible-lint/search?q=%22python+3%22&type=Commits&utf8=%E2%9C%93]. According to Fedora Packaging Guidelines for Python [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python] and a guide for porting Python-based RPMs [http://python-rpm-porting.readthedocs.io/], I created a Pagure PR that provides Python 3 subpackage:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ansible-lint/pull-request/1

Note, there is a test issue [https://github.com/willthames/ansible-lint/issues/309], so Python 3 test skips temporarily the failed tests in the spec.

Please, may I ask to review and rebuild?
