https://github.com/openshift/openshift-ansible/pull/5801 fixed this and the fix is available in openshift-ansible-3.4.147 and later.

The fix has merged, however there have been no subsequent builds from release-1.4 branch since and there are no builds planned for this branch in the future. CLOSED WONTFIX
