Description of problem: During CNS/CRS deployment installation, installer will create a glusterblock-provisioner pod. According to doc [1], a glusterblock StorageClass could be create and dynamic provisioning volumes. Require installer create glusterblock StorageClass during installation. Verified with version openshift-ansible-3.9.0-0.51.0.git.0.e26400f.el7, installer is able to create glusterblock StorageClass during installation.
