Description of problem: I have started appearing as the default Assignee for new bugs reported against Fedora components that I am not associated with. Two that I have noticed so far are "tomcat" and "policycoreutils". The linkage between package ownership in the https://src.fedoraproject.org/ Pagure instance and Bugzilla Fedora Components seems to be broken. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/ 2. Click "New" 3. On the next screen, select "Fedora" for Fedora Products 4. On the next screen, select "Fedora" for Bugs related to the components of the Fedora distribution... 5. On the next screen, enter Component "tomcat" or "policycoreutils" Actual results: "mmathesi" is incorrectly filled in as the default Assignee for the entered Component Expected results: Someone actually associated with the entered Component should appear as the default Assignee Additional info:
Hi, Fedora have their own scripts for setting ownership of Fedora related components. It's not maintained by Ops. Kevin, Do you know what would be causing this?
Yes, we know and are working to fix it now. It's being tracked at: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/6593
