I'm unable to capture a vmcore in F27 in a physical machine.

My versions are:

kernel-4.14.13-300.fc27.x86_64
kexec-tools-2.0.15-12.fc27.1.x86_64

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
