Description of problem:
Log file of OVA import is not created

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. attempt to import an OVA

Actual results:
engine.log shows

but no logfile created in /var/log/ovirt-engine/ova/ovirt-query-ova-ansible-20171222161541-lago-basic-suite-master-host-0.log as its directory does not exist.

Expected results:
log file exists and include information about failure to import OVA.

Additional info:
After creating /var/log/ovirt-engine/ova I still fail to import anything, but at least I get (some) kind of understanding why.

Reassigned, Using build ovirt-engine-4.2.1.6-0.1.el7 /var/log/ovirt-engine/ova/ is not created during clean install nor engine-setup.
Answer file and log file of engine-setup attached.
