Description of problem:

If a user starts the wizard and inputs some values, and then have to start the wizard again for any reason, it would be nice if we keep the inputs as new defaults for the next run.

If we do that, we should probably also have a button 'Reset defaults to their default' or something like that.

Moving to 4.3. If we can get it in sooner after we complete 4.2 bugs - great.
