I believe this was fixed.

No, the issue is not fixed. Still exist on free-int. The issue can be reproduced by following the steps in description.

The 'Sign up' on the oauth2callback page is navigated to INT Registration. The issue has been fixed on free-int.

@Tim, Could you mind move the bug to ON_QA so that I can do the next step?
