Description of problem:
Add root file system disk space statistics for the engine.
We currently ignore "FSType rootfs" in collectd df plugin.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check the statistics of df plugin for the engine machine in kibana.

Actual results:
No root disk space stats

Expected results:
Have root disk space stats

collectd.plugin:df AND collectd.plugin_instance:root

paritions available:

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.1 release, published on Feb 12th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.1 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
