Please keep in mind that with any upstream change, there may also be packaging changes that need to be made. Specifically, please remember that it is your responsibility to review the new version to ensure that the licensing is still correct and that no non-free or legally problematic items have been added upstream.

Comment 1 Petr Pisar 2018-01-02 15:31:38 UTC
An enhancement release. Safer for Rawhide only.

Comment 2 Jason Tibbitts 2018-02-27 03:33:46 UTC
I actually need this in F27 (and technically in F26) in order to update the cyrus-imapd test suite. I could just disable the test suite, or continue to run an older version, on those releases, but I'd prefer not to do so if possible.

Would anyone object if pulled the 0.10 update back to F27 and F26? I believe that cyrus-imapd is the only user in Fedora, and then only at build time so the potential impact should be quite low.

Comment 3 Petr Pisar 2018-02-27 09:26:49 UTC
It seems nobody reported any bug in 0.10 and I'm not aware about any API changes. I will upgrade it in F27 and F26.

Comment 8 Jason Tibbitts 2018-02-27 18:35:19 UTC
Thanks for doing this. It's not a big deal, but it does simplify things for me.

Also note that the module exists basically to run the cyrus-imapd test suite and it is maintained by the same people. The author of Mail::JMAPTalk is the CEO of Fastmail which employs most of the maintainers of cyrus-imapd.
