This bug has not been marked as blocker for oVirt 4.3.0.
Since we are releasing it tomorrow, January 29th, this bug has been re-targeted to 4.3.1.

Found this commit on the collectd site > https://github.com/collectd/collectd/pull/1555

incoming = atoll (fields[3]);
		outgoing = atoll (fields[11]);
		if_submit (device, "if_dropped", incoming, outgoing);

I'll assume rx is for incoming packets and tx is for outgoing packets:

collectd.interface.if_dropped.rx 
collectd.interface.if_dropped.tx
