Description of problem:
Adding host usb device to VM is not possible. The host devicelist is empty (pci/scsi/usb). The host devicelist through host tab shows the devices correctly. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-4.2.0.2-1.el7.centos.noarch

How reproducible:
Feature does not work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on any virtual machine
2.Click on host devices
3.Click on add host device

Actual results:
Host devices for e.g. usb drives on server should show up

Expected results:
No host devices shows up weather you select usb, pci or scsi

Additional info:

Can you please attach logs? Host's vdsm and Engine's engine.log would be most helpful.
