The version of the 'mspdebug' utility shipped with Fedora 26, 27 and Rawhide is 0.23. The latest stable upstream version is 0.25. The newer releases contain an important update to fix interoperability after a breaking API change in TI's debug stack. Please consider updating the Fedora package. Thanks!
