To test this fix:

1. Deploy and configure an appliance
2. `gem install rake`
3. systemctl stop evmserverd (should not fail)

    Use `bundle exec rake` in evmserver.sh
    
    This will allow the server to start and stop properly even
    when there is another "rake" gem installed on the system
