Description of problem:
Flash message duplication when resetting changes on edit tag page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to edit tag page for any item
2. Set a tag
3. Click "Reset" button

Actual results:
Warning flash message is duplicated

Expected results:
Only one warning flash message should be present on the page
