Description of problem:

Since my current CI runs are failing as per old config, I would like to make the script changes looking at the official or dev documentation, Please provide updated documentation based on new ceph-ansible that covers cases discussed in thread

a)  Explain config for  - Baremetal installation, Container
Installation, Co-located journals, Bluestore and
Filestore(with/without dmcrypt) with ceph-volume.
b)  If some of the config items changed from previous methods , Add a
table for deprecated config items,  New Config Items introduced and
how the config items will
     be used with old existing deployment.

Erin,

To give some background, the earlier 2.x documentation was not working when the build was internally released(Jan 10th), But now multiple fixes have gone in and the ceph-ansible code has been made to work in backwards compatibile way, there are also couple of other docs bz's which I believe Harish is tracking from documenation side.

I will assign this to Subhash to see if its all fixed now and we will just mark this as verified or Not a bug accordingly.

Subash, if the current document has changed please update as verified if not mark this as not a bug and close please. Thanks.

Tested ceph-ansible(ceph-ansible-3.0.19-1.el7cp) with 2.X variables and current document works as is for 2.5 deployments for RHEL.
