Print screens of the issue

Description of problem:
Webadmin-> with All UI windows containing a table ( I saw this with disks, hosts, network windows tables) goto the last column and move its right column edge so it will touch the edge of the table.
-> for a few seconds the lower horizontal bar hides the bottom row of the table - see print screens attached.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.2.1-0.2.el7

How reproducible:
Happens 1 out of 3 times you move the rightest table column edge so it will touch the edge of the table .(checked on both Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 & Firefox 54.0 (64-bit))

Steps to Reproduce:
Webadmin-> with All UI windows containing a table ( I tried with disks,hosts,network) goto the last column and move its right column edge so it will touch the edge of the table


Actual results:
For a few second the lower horizontal bar hides the bottom row of the table - see print screens
