Description of problem:

With the changes in bug 1514927, the engine requires ovirt-engine-metrics 1.1.2. So e.g. this flow currently fails:

1. Install and setup 4.1 engine
2. Add 4.2 repo, update setup packages, engine-setup
3. Deploy a host

Originally reported by Gal, who noticed that OST is failing and pushed a workaround patch [1]. Once the patch for current bug is fixed, [1] should be reverted (to make sure we notice future such failures).

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.1 release, published on Feb 12th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.1 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
