Description of problem:

Need a github repository to keep an official repository for keeping track of all the work we do to make sure gluster is able to be maintained with prometheus infra.

Additional Information:

Please keep me (@amarts), @aravindavk, @johnstrunk, @atinmu as maintainers. Will add a readme and other details to the project soon.
