Try to turn on Bluetooth and pair or connect to any device Actual results: Bluetooth status is not reflect in notification area or Settings screen until it is opened again. Bluetooth appears to be non-functional. Expected results: Bluetooth works as expected Additional info: Downgrading to bluez 5.47 immediately resolves the issue.
