Description Adam Scerra 2018-01-18 19:58:44 UTC
Description of problem:
Link to Document: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_hyperconverged_infrastructure/1.1/html-single/maintaining_red_hat_hyperconverged_infrastructure/#disaster-recovery-geo-rep

In Section 3.1.1. it states "Ensure the local volume you want to back up has shared storage enabled. Run the following command on the master node to enable shared storage." Then it offers the command to do so. A clear definition of what exactly constitutes as the local volume and master node would be helpful.

Also in Section 3.1.1. it states "Ensure that your remote backup volume has sharding enabled. Enable sharding by running the following command on any of the nodes that host the remote backup volume" Then offers the command. A clear definition of what exactly the remote backup volume is referring to would be helpful here as well.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.1

How reproducible: Always

Actual results:
Definition of terms 'local volume', 'master node' and 'backup volume' are not given and could lead to confusion.

Expected results:
Include a clear definition of each of these terms to ensure that the user is able to correctly identify what information to use.
