In v3.9.0-0.21.0, in BC editor page, the "Create New Secret" under Build Secrets has the issue, under other places, has no the issue

Description of problem:
The "Create new secret" modal disappears and loses all inputs if user CARELESSLY click outside the modal. Below take BC edit page for example. Other pages with the "Create new secret" have same issue.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create BC
2. Go to BC editor page, hit "advanced options", hit "Create new secret"
3. It will show a modal (i.e. window) for inputs. Try to input secret name "mygit", input user "bob", input password "12345678". Then click a place outside the modal (which customer may carelessly do)

Actual results:
2. After click outside the modal, the modal disappears. Hit "Create new secret" again, all previous inputs are lost. Customer has to input all again.

Expected results:
2. The modal should not disappear if click outside the modal

Additional info:
This may be the characteristics of modal, but it indeed causes careless inconvenience.

Checked on openshift v1.4.0-alpha.1+63e3797-264, when create new secret on edit bc page, click outside the modal, the modal won't disappear now, and could continue with the creation.
The bug has been fixed, so move it to Verified.

Issue of the "Create New Secret" under Build Secrets is fixed in v3.9.0-0.23.0. Please move to ON_QA
