Description of problem:
rh-varnish5-jemalloc provides "pkgconfig(jemalloc)",
this should be pre/in-fixed with "rh-varnish5"

1. rpm -q --provides rh-varnish5-jemalloc | grep -v varnish5

Actual results:
pkgconfig(jemalloc) = 5.0.1-0-g896ed3a8b3f41998d4fb4d625d30ac63ef2d51fb
